Populate and Export the Clause Matrix

Navigate to the "Requirement Matrix" page

Step 1: Navigate to the "Requirement Matrix" page

The requirements listed in the requirement matrix come from the audit package added to your subscription. If you do not see a requirement, you may need to add an audit package.

To do it manually, you click on the radio buttons to identify the process(es) which are responsible for the corresponding requirement

When a requirement hasn't been claimed or exempted it will have an indicator identifying the need to assign or exempt it. You will be unable to save progress unless all requirements are assigned.

If your organization requires the AI usage training, you will need to complete the training before being able to use AVA.

Ava uses the process name and the requirements to map the linkage. However, providing a process description can increase the likelihood of achieving the best results as some organizations treat processes differently. For example, in some organizations, inspection is a part of the Production process and in others inspection is owned by Quality Assurance.

It may take several minutes. The more audit packages added the longer it will take to complete. You can move on to other tasks while this completes.

Once complete, review the Requirement Matrix and ensure it matches the structure of your organization.

Once you're satisfied with the matrix configuration, click "Save"

Click "Export"

Step 6: Click "Export"

Your PDF containing the matrix will be prepared

Once your PDF is ready, you will be notified
