Record, Update, and Remove External Trainings

Document external training activities, update existing records, and remove outdated or incorrect entries.

Navigate to the "Training" page

Step 1: Navigate to the "Training" page

Here you can record and update external trainings

To record trainings completed outside of the Auditelligence application, click on the "Record" link for the applicable training.

Step 2: To record trainings completed outside of the Auditelligence application, click on the "Record" link for the applicable training.

Fill in the training form

Step 3: Fill in the training form

The only required information is the completed date.

Adding an expiration date will override the training recurrence applied in settings.

When done inputting information, click "Save"

Click "Save" on the training schedule page.

Step 5: Click "Save" on the training schedule page.

To update an externally completed training record, click "Update"

Update the form as needed

When complete with the updates, click save

Step 8: When complete with the updates, click save

Click "Save" on the training schedule page.

Step 9: Click "Save" on the training schedule page.

To remove an externally completed training record, click "Update"

Step 10: To remove an externally completed training record, click "Update"

Click "Remove External Training"

Step 11: Click "Remove External Training"

Click "Save" on the training schedule page.

Step 12: Click "Save" on the training schedule page.
