Navigate to records
View Audit trails
Click "Audit Trails"
You can scroll down to see more audit trails
Click "Next" to see the next page
Filter audit trails
On the far right, you can use this to filer the audit trails
Click "Apply" to filter audit trails
Export audit trails
Click "Export"
Select format to export
Your file will be exported
