To-Do ListAdministratorTasksManagement

The Administrator To-Do list shares three types of information:

1. System tasks which require in application actions on other menu pages to setup and maintain the audit system
- Examples include:
- Add Users
- Select Audit Package
- Define Clause Matrix
- Assign Process Owner(s)
- Create Audit Schedule
- Plan Next Audit Cycle
2. Notifications which require the audit program to be managed
- Since these activities are conducted outside of the application, and often involve communication with one or more individuals, the action button takes you to either the training or audit schedule
- Examples include:
- Past due audits (other than yours)
- Past due trainings (other than yours)
3. Personal tasks which require in application actions on other menu pages
- Examples include:
- Past due audits
- Past due trainings
- Past due audit reviews

The first type has no sort applied, the second and third are sorted by due date.

Tasks with due dates will have coming due and past due indicator flags to notify you of the criticality.

Coming due triggers 30 days prior to the due date and past due triggers as soon as the due date has passed.
