Navigate to "Settings"

Step 1: Navigate to "Settings"

Click on "Training preferences" tab

Step 2: Click on "Training preferences" tab

Update the training preferences as desired.

Step 3: Update the training preferences as desired.

Under the Training preferences you can update:

  1. Training notifications
  2. Training recurrence
  3. Training assignment
  4. Assign using Auditelligence as a required training
  5. AI usage training

etc.

If your organization requires the AI usage training, users will not be able to access AVA until the training is complete. All AI buttons will say "Complete Training" that will direct the user to the required training. This will go away once the training has been completed.
