Find the How-To Guide you are looking for and open it.
There are three ways to navigate through a How-To Guide.
- Scroll through the content
- Navigate using the Table of Contents
- Use the Guide Me feature
Scroll vertically through the content reading the step-by-step details.
Click the topic you want to view from the Table of Contents to jump to it. Once there, read through the step-by-step details.
Guide me is not available for all How-To Guides and may have issues in certain situations where your view does not match that of the guide.
Guide Me feature is only available if you have a Scribe account and are signed in, otherwise it will open a side kick which will still display the steps, just without the onscreen indicators and auto-advancement.
Ensure you are logged into the Auditelligence application prior to using this feature.
Click "Guide Me" in the upper right corner of the guide, if available.
The guide will open a new tab, pull up the specific page of the application, and show you on the page where to click on the app itself.
On the right-hand side of the screen, you will see the guide pulled up with the details.
When you execute the step in the app, the guide will detect the change and will move to the next step automatically.
If the guide step cannot be executed or is informational only, click "Next" to advance to the next step.
