Add, remove, request, or restore audit packages to keep your program aligned with your compliance needs.

Navigate to "Audit Package"

From any package tab, click the action selector for the package you are interested in.

Click "More info" to review the package if you are unsure if it is a good fit for your organization.

More info will provide details on the standard and how Auditelligence helps in complying with the requirements for that standard. Sometimes there is more information than will fit on the screen, but you can scroll to view all the details.

Click "Close" when you are done reviewing the information.

Click "Available packages"

Click the action selector for the package you are interested in adding.

While packages can be removed, they will still count towards your package limit until the end of your subscription period so please ensure you want to add the package prior to adding it.

Click "Add package"

We are happy to add to the offerings available to our clients, but we ask that you please ensure the package you are interested in isn't in any of the three package tabs (added, pending removal, or available).

Click the action selector for the package you are interested in removing.

Click "Remove package"

Warning: The requirements from the clause matrix and any scheduled trainings or audits will be cleared and you will need to repopulate the clause matrix and schedule the audits and trainings if you change your mind.

Note: Completed training and audit records will remain visible in the records section.

Note: Removed packages will still count against your package limit until the end of your subscription period.

Enter your password to confirm.

Click the action selector for the package you are interested in restoring.

Step 21: Click the action selector for the package you are interested in restoring.

Click "Keep package" and the package will move to the added package section

Step 22: Click "Keep package" and the package will move to the added package section

The clause matrix will need repopulated, and audits and trainings will need scheduled for the restored package.
