Manage subscription details, including plan configuration and billing-related preferences.
Navigate To Settings

Click on "Subscription details"

Update subscription details as desired.

Under the subscription details you can set:
1. Autorenewal to on or off
2. Whether the Administrators receive notification on renewal or not
3. Whether the Administrators receive notification prior to renewal
- Only applies if Autorenewal is off
This is also where you can delete your organization's account if desired.
- Deleted organizations will move to a 7-day cooling down period before all data is removed.
Save changes

Click "Subscription settings"

Use the toggle bar to select your organization size for your plan.

Click "Upgrade Plan" or "Downgrade Plan" to change subscription.

Plan upgrades will take effect immediately. The cost of the current plan will be prorated for the remaining amount under the current subscription and that will be credited towards the new subscription plan which will restart the subscription cycle.
Plan downgrades will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
A confirmation window will pop up to confirm the change in subscription. Click "Upgrade now" or "Downgrade now" to proceed.

Click to cancel subscription

Password is required to cancel subscription. After the 7 day period all associates and data will be erased.
