Assign and Review Trainings

Assign training courses to users and review their progress and completion status.

Navigate to "Training" page

Step 1: Navigate to "Training" page

Ensure you are on the "Training Schedule" tab

Compare the due date and completion date

Step 3: Compare the due date and completion date

If there is no due date, it means the training has not been assigned. If there is a due date and no completion date, it means the training has been assigned but hasn't been completed yet. If there is a due date and a completion date, it means the training has been completed.

Look for status indicators

Step 4: Look for status indicators

Grey means the training either hasn't been assigned or if it has a date that it is on track. Yellow means that the training is coming due in the next 30 days. Red means that the training is past the due date.

The app will automatically assign role and audit trainings if the setting in the Training Settings section is clicked on.

Find the training that you want to assign, crossmatch that to a user, then click on the calendar icon to assign training due date
