Control how Ava, the Auditelligence AI assistant, accesses and processes your data to meet your security requirements.
Navigate to "Settings"
Navigate to "AI Settings"
To enable or disable AI use this toggle. If disabled, all AI buttons will be unavailable to anyone in the organization.
If disabled all AI functions will show as "turned off"
In addition to the ability to limit the functionality as defined below, administrators have the option to require users to take an Effective AI & AVA Use training before having access to AI tools. Learn more from the How-to use AVA Guide
Once Enable AI use is toggled on, turn on all AI functions you wish to use
Any AI functions which are toggled off will not be available to any user in the organization.
The AI Feature Data Disclosure identifies the information that will be shared with each AI Feature, review it if you have and questions.
Once all selections have been made, click "Save changes"
Read the confirmation statement that pops up.
Click "Confirm"

Click "AI Data Disclosure" to learn AVA's functionality and data security.
