Filter Users

Narrow down your user list by role, status, or name to find exactly who you're looking for.

There are three ways to filter Users.

  1. Filter by Text (most powerful)
  2. Filter by Role
  3. Filter by Date

All three start with navigating to "User Management"

Step 1: All three start with navigating to "User Management"

This searches all data types so it can be used to find users with roles and dates as well which is why it is the most powerful.

Click the "Search users..." field and enter the text you are looking for.

Step 2: Click the "Search users..." field and enter the text you are looking for.

Click the quick filter role button at the top of User Management that corresponds to the role you are looking for.

Step 3: Click the quick filter role button at the top of User Management that corresponds to the role you are looking for.

Click the "Filter" button after the search bar.

Step 4: Click the "Filter" button after the search bar.

Select the "Date" filter

Step 5: Select the "Date" filter

Input the date range you are looking for.

Step 6: Input the date range you are looking for.

Click "Apply" to see the date filtered results.

Step 7: Click "Apply" to see the date filtered results.

Once the User list is filtered by date you need to go back in and clear it to see all of the results.

To reset a filter, do the following: Text Filter - delete the text Role Filter - click All Users Date Filter - Navigate to the date range selection window and click Clear. Navigating to a different page and coming back will reset all filters.
